Nicos Christmas Day- Five Course Menu

To Start

Creamy Tomato Soup with a hint of fresh basil, served with croutons

Followed by a choice of

Grilled Haloumi cheese served with
caramelised chestnut and green leaf salad, cranberry chutney

Souzoukakia, lamb meatballs wrapped in grilled courgettes and
cooked in red wine, garlic, fresh herbs and rich tomato sauce

Beetroot and vodka cured salmon gravadlax, served with
a refreshing fennel and dill salad and brown bread

Chefs choice of sorbet

Main Dishes

  A choice of

Traditional Roast Turkey served with all the trimmings and cranberry gravy

Salmon fillet topped with prawns and leeks, wrapped and
cooked in filo pastry. Served on a medley of vegetables
drizzled with basil pesto sauce

Kleftiko, Traditional Greek dish of tender lamb on the bone
oven cooked for many hours with lemon juice and oregano

Brie Wellington

All main courses will be served with a selection of Festive vegetables and roasted potatoes

Desserts

A choice of

Trio Berry mousse, layers of strawberry, raspberry and
blackberry mousse on a biscuit base (GF)

A Christmas chocolate box made with all butter shortbread base,
topped with Belgian chocolate, surrounding a caramel cream centre

Lemon Tart, almond pastry topped with tangy lemon curd, served with a double cream
